Heavy Duty Cantilever Rack

Heavy duty cantilever rack is a great warehouse soluton of long items and heavy loads. The arms are capable of bearing 220-1500kg (100-3300 lbs). In addition, this type of cantilever rack can adapt the length easily, coming as either single or double sided configurations.

Columns are connected with arms by bolt, bases by screw. Two types of bases (single or double sided) can fit your specific requirements. With the assistance of clapboard, it increases the capacity of the space available, quite suitable for small warehouses with low height. Now it is widely applied in machinery manufacturing industries and construction markets.

Components:

1. Column and base

Our light duty cantilever racks are made of high quality steel. The column width of this type can be 305mm, 350mm, 410mm. We take advantage of our own special technique to control the hole pitch error within 0.1mm/10m.

The base possesses great strength rendered by sturdy steel. Meanwhile, it is convenient for carrying and assembling. Our company also offers customized support according to the load type.

2. Arm
As the core of light duty cantilever rack, C/C column arms are provided by our company. According to your requirements, customized arms can be attached to different positions of column. There are three types for your chocie: standard, straight, or inclined.
3. X bracing and H bracing
With the purpose of added stability, H bracing and X bracing are joined to two adjacent columns via screw to creat a steady structure.
